I love this home. It's modern but doesn't feel cold. Even the use of the technology makes sense, the hidden bar inside of the kitchen 😍... the backyard is beautiful, it feels welcoming and warm even with the strong modern art touches. I actually think it's worth the money, great work by the architect!

Houses like this are amazingly designed but they don't feel or look like a home. This looks like a high end hotel to me. It is soul less and cold to my eyes. Obviously I'll never have to worry about living in somewhere like this but I would want somewhere with some character that felt homely. Great videos by the way. I love seeing these incredible houses.

It's rare to see a contemporary property of such high quality in the UK - the attention to detail is immense. This property is reminiscent of something you might find in Los Angeles. What an amazing project to work on 🙌. Designing and fitting the Valcucine Kitchen with a bar, love the copper details on it. Had the pleasure of designing all the bathrooms according to the colour themes of the house. Can't forget the tiling all around the house, especially for the swimming pool and the fire pit. Still mind blown on how it all turned out 🤯

I like it, it has all the hallmarks of a home you might find in LA. Nice and modern and great space and makes use of simplicity. Love the entrance with the glass and front space at the front, possibly do with some pictures of art in the hallway. Like the dark and modern kitchen except the appliances which I would have kept black. Also like the black bathroom, I would have put a slide for the inside pool. I don't like the textured plastering and would have done it all white and then possibly used some art work to style it. An outside poor around the sunken fire pit in the back garden would have been good as well. Is it really worth £10m though in that area? I'm not to sure to be fair maybe £5-7m for me but still as you have said one of the better modern/LA styled homes you have shown!

This property is absolutely incredible and you did justice with your amazing tour! Black bathrooms, doors and furniture is not my thing and there's too much glass but I can't fault the quality and originality of the design, materials and furniture. Shame it's in the North though. I live 40 mins away and it's always wet and cold so good luck with the outside space. Very unique property.

Living in Lytham for over 50 of my 69 years, the town has become a ' Dormitory Special' all the industrial infra structure has gone, used to have 3 independent butchers, now just one inside a Supermarket. Loads of cafés and bars for the 'absent during the week' residents to pose in at weekends. Wonder why it's underworld nickname is 'Snow City'? Yeh the house is ground breaking, and good luck to whoever lives there , but the majority of residents probably don't know it exists.

Odd to put a Hollywood sheek stlye buidling like this on the windswept northwest coast of Britain, but, I have to admit that I am really happy to see that a house like this can be built in a place like lytham, serves to break the stigma that true luxury can be achieved outside of London, even in parts of the country that are typically seen as a little deprived, and what a build! I used to live a 5 minute drive away from here, in a village slightly north east from here and i CANNOT believe there is a house like that there... I mean there are some nice houses but this is incredible not only because its cool but because it so out of place, I just want to say also that living in this area sucks because its so far away from anything decent, theres a few good local pubs but thats really it... you dont want to go into blackpool especially if you are the type to be able to buy a house like this because its nothing but run down arcades, old half collapsing hotels, derelict buildings, crack heads and pound shops there.. So you would have to go to Preston which is honestly not a great highstreets experience and is pretty run down and a 30 minute drive, Lancaster which is north, a little bit nicer of a city, very small but has some good shops and areas but a 45 minute drive. Manchester would be the best possible place to go but its an hour away. If you are buying such a luxurious home of this style, you are most likely going to want to shop and have nice meals and experiences, problem is the location.. its a big problem really as anything someone with 10 million for a home with such style is going to want to do things that are only really available an hours drive away, It gets old fast... That's coming from someone who doesn't drive and had to take the bus for an hour and a half to get to work in the nearest city every morning.... Not Fun
