And even HERE you can find more expensive houses than this one that are nowhere near it in terms quality and design. I'd say that this very house for £4,300,000 would be well-priced if it was located in a luxurious neighborhood in Brazil. And I doubt real estate value is cheaper in the UK than it is in Brazil...

This is by far the best home you've ever filmed! Everything I said that was wrong with the Knoll is correct in here, with a lift, proper laundry space etc. The garden is lovely, the main bedroom and bathroom are perfect, the whole place is faultless. Great video guys!

So I'm a little annoyed at some people dissing other peoples taste. To me some wallpaper choices were off, puffa fish wallpaper, really? And I really don't like filling spaces pointlessly but generally it is nice, I agree. I think the first floor hallway space was better designed than the ground floor main hallway. The living area is needlessly cluttered, it's cozy but I dont wanna be bumping into stuff when there's soooo much space available, I think curb things back like 5% or so then this place is perfect!

Yank here - we’ve owned 10 homes (7 of which were new builds, 3 of which were preowned), over 30 yrs of marriage, (in addition we’ve had 3 leased flats, in London, Bournemouth and then HongKong, during expat assignments)…. Y’all are spot on in the concise and very deliberate manner in which you tour each property - listening to the two of you chitchat about this feature and that customization, reminds me of the adventures that my SO and I have embarked upon w/ each major relocation. My only identified short-comings, of all the included amenities, (in the humble opinion of a 6 vehicle family), is the lack of a few more covered/secured garage parking spaces, along w/ the previously noted pool and outdoor kitchen space. Well done and keep up the excellent work!

At my job I just review high value houses for an insurance company here in the US that only serves the military. Their rank is listed and I often see privates with 1.5-2 million usd houses. Im like, bruh, a private makes 15 k a year. More likely than not it would be a house that has been passed down by a wealthier generation who left money to cover the taxes etc... It could be a trust fund baby. As far as actually buying a house like this from employment, for 4 million house you would need 1 million household income. Even a couple who are both doctors or lawyers would be unable to afford this. It would probably be someone in finance, or bought the right stocks at the right time.

My mum is a general counsel for a listed company and she gets salary plus share options which means she makes over a million gbp a year and has millions in share options. Im sure there are doctors who have their own businesses too that bring them in lots of cash, especially if you are in the US. For the most part though its impossible to make this sort of money on salary, you need to have equity in some sort of company to make the serious amounts
