A quick review of the probender pro32 tubing bender. I have owned one for about a year and have used it to make hundreds of bends in 2" sch 40 pipe. www.probender.com

Thank you for the education... There are issues of which I was unaware

What springs are those?

Can you not use a larger compressor?

You mean, to make the ram move faster? No; the limit is not the size of the air compressor. That's as fast as that air/hydraulic ram moves.

I’m no expert but was wondering if your compressor is big enough for the job, it’s running a long time as if it can’t keep up Just a thought

I certainly appreciate the information but. You need to put that damn noisy compressor OUTSIDE if you're going to be making youtube videos in your shop. For the guys complaining about the speed, it takes about 2K psi of hydraulic pressure to bend a piece of schedule 40 that size. I'm surprised the Harbor Freight jack could even move it.

Sewerzuk- We do offer a push/pull ram for the Pro32. You would need to run a power-pack hydraulic setup with that ram. You can put quick connects on to ram and it will allow you to use your existing power-pack unit. In order to stop the rocking on the main arm you can weld that to the base at 90 degs. This will stop any play in the arms. Thanks for sharing. rob@probender.com

+Robert Gaskins Thanks for the comment and suggestions! I built a hydraulic bender around the JD2 model 3 system, complete with DRO. I usually use that system for most of my bending, but it won't do the 2" sch 40 pipe that I use for my picnic table legs. I do like the Pro32; but am so used to my home-built model 3 that the Pro32 usually sits in the corner of the shop and only gets pulled out for the 2" pipe jobs.

I have the same bender. Do they make a degree scale for it?

You really should consider putting your aircompressor in a room insulated of course, because it is very loud on your video, I did find that your video was interesting, except for the noise

Yes it is sloooow.

Yep; certainly one of the disadvantages of using the HF air/hydraulic jack for power. I have plans to swap it out for a hydraulic ram with some quick connects, and use the power pack on my JD2 to run it.
