turn his self healing up to 12-14 seconds. make him get ULT 25% slower. take away the dumb critical hit accuracy thing and he still would be insanely strong but more well rounded I believe.

He is only good at low ranking cause people have 0 clue how to deal with him, once you get higher he's useless. People crying over absolutely one of the worst tanks they've made in a long time, if I see Mauga I know it's a free win.
