@turtle1897 True but Auburn looks to score in the paint first and the perimeter second. Back when they went to Final 4 they lived and died by the 3. I was just observing that look inside first and on the perimeter 2nd. You have to have an inside game to win championships. That's why UCONN has been so dominant the last 2 years. Best inside game in basketball.

I’m a huge Auburn fan, but I’m not willing to say that just yet. Kansas is still a good team. We have yet to play a real road game against a top team this year, and Duke will be our first one. I think that will be the first real test will be playing at Cameron Stadium against a good Duke team. That crowd is going to be something else. If we win that game, I’d put us as the #1 team

Memphis lacks the depth to win 3 straight high level games in 3 days 6 time zones away. They also lack 1-2 skilled big men to hang with a team like Auburn. But great to see Hardaway put together a solid team with so many transfers

I tried telling yall, Auburns bench is just too deep and Broome is just too good in the paint and on the boards. When you start bringing in the walk-on white boys, you know it was a good game. Even Cardwell had 18. This team reminds me of the 2019 Final Four team. Multiple 3 point shooters, big guys like Wiley. But this team is much better. They have more experience and there isn’t one player, besides maybe Broome, who outshines everyone else. Multiple players have double digit averages, even bench players. I think this is the best all around Auburn team, even better than the 99 team.

I see some similarities with this team and the 2019 Final Four team. The guards can light up from 3 ,and be explosive , solid overall teamwork, strong presence in the paint, but with A couple of added factors, we've got the best player in the country and the rotation is insanely good.
