I'm looking for a shore spot to cast on Wednesday. I do not have waders, but have decent boots. My charter was canceled and I'm trying to get a little more fishing time in.

You might able to fish the sidecut park just west of 475 bridge with out a wader

@@d-dayfishingworld7929 I ended up fishing near the intersection of Harrison and Ford about two blocks away from Maumee Bait and Tackle. I ended up with one 22 inch walleye and 2 suckers that were huge. I kept the walleye and gave away the suckers. They fought nice, but I was there for walleye. Thanks for the 411. Also great videos!

In your video, if you would give more information on what you are using, would be helpful, weight size etc.

Most of my gears info are listed in the video description, but I don’t put down the sinker weight it because it changes from spot to spot, the main idea is that you put enough weight so your sinker will occasionally bounce the bottom of the river, but not too heavy that will hand up in the bottom. another 10 days, max. at least one more week.

The peak will usually last 3-5 days, but you can still catch the spawning walleye in the Maumee River around first week of May, you just have to put more time in to get your limit after the peak. Good luck fishing to you. Tight Line!! D:
