4 hour grandmaster… Step 1 learn all the basic principals (control the center, if you can’t flank, develop peices, etc) Step 2 learn end game backward to middle game, then practice chess puzzles/tactics Step 3 Apply the book “Moonwalking With Einstein” to develop ridiculous memory tricks (people use these tricks to memorize 1000 digits of pi or memorize the order of 6 shuffled decks of cards forward and back in a short amount of time) to memorize the most common lines so you cover 95% of the most common opening 12 moves and variations in Lichess database. Step 4-and this is the key to the whole thing-capture two knights in one move
