Like the music students in Florida performing "The Fairy Garden" on percussion instruments (2011), such as those you see and hear in this video, these four performers give an expressive performance.

I love this piece - and this instrumentation is really interesting. Great performance. Ravel just never produces a piece of bad or boring music. He was, like Stravinsky, blessed with musical creativity. This piece is just so perfect and delicate. You cannot improve it by even one single note. It is a piece with such a strong and permeating rhythmic pulse.

Nice arrangement of a piece that certainly brings back memories of when I first heard this piece in 1987.

¡BRAVO! I miss the toccata, but I like a lot this arrangement.
Does anyone know where I could purchase this arrangement? I'd love to play this with my fellow studentds some day. If you happen to know please give me a link to a site where I could buy this. Also I live in europe so it needs to have european shipping (or a possibility to download it as a PDF). If someone can help me I'll be very grateful! Also a magnificent performance by Amandia! Ravel just works so well with mallet instruments.
