Style, quality, and function define garments. It'll be interesting to see how fashion defers to recessionary times by reverting to more classical lines above garish opulent ones. After the 2008/09 crash brands focused on great products rather than bling due to altered perceptions on spending money. There will always be the people who seek to impress others but with bespoke it's the hallmark of impressing oneself.

This bro's name is Andrew Ramroop. He graduated🎓 from the London College of Fashion back when they weren't hiring black Tailors in big London Bespoke Houses! He could've started his own House, but because of his talent, Maurice Sedwell hired him. Out of graditude, appreciation and loyalty, Andrew kept the name Maurice Sedwell. He stayed loyal to the Maurice Sedwell brand, instead of starting his own House. He paved the way for other black designers who eventually did start their own Tailoring Houses, like Oswald Boateng, another energetic, creative and talented black designer from England,🇬🇧 who was actually awarded a Medal🏅from the late Queen Elizabeth II of England for Fashion/ Tailoring!

One of the things that this covid 19 pandemic has done is forced me to examine certain aspects of my life, my career, goals, my presentation and my focus upon my physical state (I've dropped 30lbs since March). part of that has been a reinvention of my style which started with the purchase of a particular set of items which I can wear for years to come without consideration of the trends of fashion. among them are four suits which I purchased off the rack and though they look great they don't look anything like what I imagine a suit made for my own frame would look like as demonstrated by this exquisite piece of art I look forward to being able to afford going to Britain and having this Craftsman produce such a piece of art for my own body. Tailoring is an art close to my heart both because I demonstrated an aptitude for working with my hands as a child myself and became a self trained illustrator but also because my father was also a Caribbean Taylor (my father was Ayisien) trained to expert levels of quality and I used to watch him as he worked in his shop in Brooklyn in the early eighties watching these videos brings back so much of the attention to detail and quality that these types of Craftsmen put into their work reminds me of my father who passed away last December at the age of 91.
@krunoslavkovacec1842 Жыл бұрын
You're going to have to save a lot if money if you wish to afford a suit from this salon. Try going for some local bespoke tailors first before going to Saville Row. I'm sorry about your father. I think tailoring is an incredible discipline because you get to see people wear your creations and feel great in them.

All three of the bespoke services are bespoke, make no mistake. The names “standard bespoke”, “ultra bespoke” and “full hand made bespoke” are solely based on the amount of hand sewing and, where applicable, the amount of machine sewing with each service. That’s the only difference between these services. Otherwise, these bespoke services are completely the same.
