pattern matching is not actually very hard to do, but it takes a LOT more fabric per item of clothing, which is why you never see it in cheap clothes.

As a unwashed plebeian I never thought I'd be interested in bespoke tailoring. Andrew somehow has that 'it' factor which draws you in. My teacher taught me this exact technique when I was 12, I never appreciated her efforts, but she was a smart woman. I also iron my thread after waxing, but I was doing it to iron out the wax and twist, I hadn't realised it strengthened the thread too. A wonderful tutorial, thank you
