99.9999% of the Mauritanian drivers don't use the turn signal because: a) They think it is attached to the electric bill at their homes. b) It is a national sport called, 'Guess where I am going to'. c) It is removed from cars to make them a bit cheaper. d) They don't know the difference between left and right.
