I'm 4'11" usually about 108lbs. My second daughter was 3 1/2 weeks early and 7lbs 4oz...so it can happen. Especially if a woman gas gestational diabetes, the baby puts on alot of weight the last 8 weeks, even a very small woman can have a 9-10lb baby.
