So, what would be really cool is a move which switch your opponents pokemon out then brought the same pokemon back in immediately. This would do things like reset sleep turns, remove stat changes, and most importantly cause any hazards on the field to do their damage once more.

I remember the start of SV VGC when everyone was using the mice. Pop Bomb used the Confusion logic of, when the opponent used it they hit 10 times, when I used it it hit once.
