I think it is worthy replaying those last scenes. You need to shatter Stanford's faith, escape from the werewolf and find the accomplice at the SAD headquarters. Without this all the endings will gonna be bad.

Your instincts were right about Hilda, she was indeed the traitor. You could find that info out by digging further into the SAD database before purging it. Emem's final confrontation with Hilda goes very differently if she uncovers that, and based on your choices you can actually avert the British invasion entirely since Hilda was their inside agent, thus saving the Boston Camarilla. Leysha does have one more stage where she finally finds Halsey and possibly saves her if you solve one last puzzle in time. The werewolf stealth stage doesn't even occur if Galeb doesn't release the werewolf in his cell escape stage. I released the werewolf first too and tried that stealth stage with Leysha about ten times before finally deciding to just reload Galeb's stage. It's a decent ways back in the timeline, but it's worth it to keep Leysha alive and resolve her arc without having to struggle through a bs stealth stage that is (as far as I know) almost universally reviled. Leysha was the only one of the main characters that I personally cared about by the end of the game, so her dying was unacceptable to me. As for Galeb, I can't remember exactly but I think the right answer in that last part was the one about him being a predator, probably because it's the only answer that is a fully true statement. The answer with Xu Feng may have worked also, but that ship sailed a long time ago; she gets turned by Galeb's childe very early on if you don't go to see him first when given the option. As for what to play next, VtM Redemption has a very good story, characters, and writing, but it can be very frustrating to play in the modern day, especially for those unfamiliar with old-school CRPGs like Baldur's Gate 1, Neverwinter Nights, or Diablo. Vampyr though is a bit more modern, a bit more of an action-RPG, and there's also a pretty sizable social aspect to it as well to break up all the action sections, with excellent writing and believable characters, for the most part. I think you might enjoy that far more than Redemption. Baldur's Gate 3 is fantastic, but it is a very deep rabbit hole. There is a vampire character in it, but he isn't really a major focus of the overall story, so I wouldn't recommend playing it solely because of him. The game is an excellent example of what a modern CRPG can be however, and very accessible to new players, so if you were looking to get into the genre, BG3 would be the game to do it with.

If you did not release the werewolf as Galeb, this Leysha scene would not have happened AT ALL. You could have escaped as Galeb without releasing the werewolf, but if you did release him, Leysha would have to escape from him before finding Halsey.

Werewolves HATE vampires, you were never going to convince him not to kill you. The only reason he didn't kill Galeb was because he and Galeb made a deal, and it was only a one time spare - the werewolf would have killed Galeb if they'd run into each other again. You weren't on the same mission, the werewolf didn't care about what the vampires wanted to do.

I think in terms of the kind of thing you want to look at in Vampire games Vampyr is probably your best bet for the next playthrough. The gameplay and difficultly balance is kinda off but the writing and atmosphere is really strong. I actually feel similarly about VtM: Redemption. It's pretty aged at this point and takes a fair bit of getting used to but I fell in love with the world and characters and think about it quite often. Less obvious choice would probably be the Legacy of Kain series or the first two Bloodrayne games. Neither series ever got as big as they could've but there's so much to love in both of them I'd love to see your take on them

It might be worthwhile to play a vampire-centric playthrough of Skyrim. You have to reach lvl 20 to open up the vampire questline but that doesn't take too long. You could start off roleplaying as if your character is specifically looking for vampire lore up until that questline opens.

Yes, BG3 with Astarion would be great! Romance the vampire, you can even let him bite you, I think. So you can be a vampire in BG3. I saw bits and pieces.

Whatever you play next, I will watch the videos regardless. But I am kind of digging the VtM games. I wouldn’t mind seeing you replay the final missions of Swansong and hopefully succeed, but totally understand that you didn’t care for the unintuitive nature of this game. Please don’t play any games that make you nauseous. It’s why I couldn’t play Katamari, even though it looks so fun.

There's a bad vampire game Dark (2013) that does get into vampires in society etc... it's not good, but might be a fun ride.

Obfuscate not working on the werewolf can be explained with lore (werewolves smell the Wyrm, are connected to spiritual stuff etc.), but I still disliked the mechanics of that sneaking mission.

I'm awesome! I was right about Hilda from the mid game! Edit: Leisha is super dead (unless you believe in the eternal life in the Malkavian network). Leisha TRIED to Stealth and did indeed use her vampiric abilities the best way she could - but in this case she wasn´t the only supernatural in town and werewolfs tend to win brawls and are really good at detecting other supernaturals. Honestly, a malk above gen 9 would have had a hard time (read: most certainly killed) in this situation and simply can not win a straight up fight unless good roll or very optimized build. The scene btw is a slight rip-off of the Bloodlines game with the werewolf in the park. Edit 2: The computer won´t work faster just because you can move or type faster, =D =D =D. That's not how computers work. Edit 3: Told you that Dominate wouldn´t work in a previous video, =D. My guess - stage 1 = the Persuasion one (this war will go on etc), stage 5 = Hmm, uncertain. Maybe Hatred is in contradiction with his faith? But that depends on which kind of christian he is, stage 6 = Hmm, uncertain again - maybe the Xu Feng one. But why would he care? Telling him that you are a predator maybe? But I would have preferred a line about self-defence here, maybe even combined with a bible quote if you have the skill for it t find a fitting one.

If you can just go back to a chapter right before the end to try those last few sections again and hopefully get a better ending, it'd probably be worth it for one final video on the game. If you have to replay the entire game though, I don't think anyone would judge you for skipping it. As far as other vampire video games go: as cool as it would be to see your takes on the story and characters of the Legacy of Kain series, I'm pretty sure it's not possible to get and play the older entries in the series on modern hardware, and Blood Omen 1 is suuuuuper rough by today's standards... One that might work is "A Vampyre Story". It's an old-school point-and-click adventure game from former LucasArts devs. You'd probably like the lighter Saturday morning cartoon vibe and the main character. The only problem with it is: much like Bloodlines, it was never optimized for modern systems and to this day it's still very buggy, even with fan patches. GoG might be a better route than Steam. Still, worth a shot.

Please play one gameplay of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt before it is gone, then play Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption, and Vampyr. I played & completed Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption back in the day when it came out, but I have not played those two other games above.

VTM Redemption is great and cheesy. If you're going to play BG3 play as Astarion origin. That would give you the best *vampire* experience whatever path you choose for him. If you romance him(as durge\tav) and allow him to go full vampire - he turns into abusive pile of sh*t (think Lestat from the tv show). If you don't let him ascend he actually grows as a person.

You can play as vampire in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). Even for free, if a player bites you. It's an MMORPG. So being a vampire in ESO .... can change a BIT, but not much.
