I’m a bookworm thanks to The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod. A friend gave me Eighth Grade Bites and we were in eighth grade and I loved it so much i read the rest of the books all the way through high school.Teenage me loved Z Brewer for that vampire boy, I still do!

i read sherlock vs dracula and it does keep the mystery going so even people who've read dracula dont see what it's going to do, would recommend if you love that whole sherlock/paranormal crossover genre.

Vault Comics did quite a few other comics, even as Winter's Teeth is their first vampire themed one. Vagrant Queen got a short lived TV series.

7:41 I read this during my NLOG phase during the twilight craze (I was very anti-twilight in those days 😅). But I remember the stories being really good (they did get a little heavy in the later books). The author Z Brewer has a KZbin channel and they did streams for a bit but I think they’re taking a break since they’re doing other writing.

I think Winter's Teeth is the only VtM comics so far, it's pretty new. Mid-2020 or close. Anyway, they are working really hard to get their new status quo of VtM 5th edition (and WoD in general) across different media, so I think more will come soon. I'm really holding my breath (huh) for the L.A. by Night comics, I hope they produce those one day... Have a nice time reading the comic and all the other glorious books you have there!

The only one with an even remotely similar title I can think of would be the 70's Remake of Nosferatu - Phantom der Nacht - Phantom of the night, which, I assume is too memorable a title for you in particular to mix up... ;)

Have you considered Joe Hill’s NOS4A2? I don’t know if that has been recommended yet but it’s vampires, magic talents and Christmas. Super creepy villain in Charlie Manx. And it was an AMC series!

I'm sorry to bother you, but was the series any good? I loved the approach to vampire in the book (that he made himself a vampire "ironically" but became one without even realizing it), and draining sadness out of children that equals draining empathy and life is such a good twist. But I have doubts about watching the series and would love to know what others think of it.

@@taniaselfindulgart3847 it had its good moments and think they had an ok Charlie Manx. I’m not as fond of the adaptations of the other characters as much. It does do some more world building that was cool and the development of some side characters like the children was lovely. Definitely worth a watch once if you can find it.

I'll be interested to hear what you think about Vladimir Todd. I read them at the right age, and they are certainly age-appropriate in complexity. They were also good enough that I re-read them over the years. They could be pretty funny and even the poingant side of angst. I got back into the author's work a few years ago with The Cemetery Boys; he published that under his new name, Zac Brewer. You can bet the fans went back over the Todd series looking for gender dysphoria overtones!

That's not the debut Vampire: the Masquerade comic. They already published a bunch in the early 2000s. Each volume tended to be named after a clan or important character. Toreador and Nosferatu are quite good.

While you are inside shielding yourself from the accursed rays of the sun, I am sure you would see this comments immediately in regard to Der kleine Vampir series. Being at the last 5 or 6 of the 21 volume series are only still in German or maybe at least translated to another language outside of English I wondered if you were able to read all of them? Volume 21 or its title The Question of Questions is considered the finale of the series and concludes once and for all the destiny of Anton or Tony.
