@@OctavioMoss which does not make them sinners perse. We sometimes mixup truth with fruit and fruit with radicality without defining fruit or truth biblically. Truth without grace turns into condemnation or cruelty while grace without truth turn into lawlessness. Thats why we all need the fruit of the Spirit of.. Truth. Which is also the Spirit of Grace. God is both, not one without the other. Sometimes we think God is either one or the other, He isn’t, either are a byproduct. Both are part of His nature, it is who He is. That we, sinners and saints are still breathing today is because of grace, as sinners and saints deserve the same final destination, but it’s only by His truth and grace which separate saints and both sanctifies them. Truth which points us all to the fact we are part of the problem of sin and need Jesus, and that the ruler of this world is judged. Grace which enables us to believe in the truth so we can live lives pleasing to God by faith. We need both and sometimes because we lean more to the one or the other we distance ourselves from the nature of God which is sin in itself all over again as we are purposed from the beginning to be His image bearers. Either way and whatever we lean more into is corrupting the image of God. And to be honest.. both of it are mostly fear motivated. Fear of not being radical enough in truth, fear of not being radical enough in grace. Which both again is a form of sin. As we do not lean into faith in Our savior but lean on our works to please God, which is a lack of faith to begin with.. without we can not please God. The thin line here is.. not a preference of the one or the other.. the thin line is faith. Trust in the one true God which is truth AnD grace. The truth, AND the way.. AND… or which both is life. He is the life and we can only spread it by meeting those in need of it, even if we get mocked by our own brothers for it. I prefer to get mocked and misunderstood while living a sanctified life (so don’t get me wrong).. but sanctification is also not the same as isolation, as although the sect of the Essenes in the time of Jesus were also calling themselves sons of light, (whom righteously rejected the corrupt priesthood at the time) and also needed Jesus too to make them righteous and true priests themselves, to show them how to serve and to not pull themselves out of the world because of fear or pride, but trust God more who would protect them from the evil one, like Jesus prayed. So yes I hope I will position myself to be surrounded by sinners in and out church, as we know even in church the ones called children of God are those doing the will of the Father, the perfect will which is Christ and by us imitating Him.

I think that TV/ media blurred our vision one way or the other on reality. Jesus plainly said that this whole world lies under the sway or power of the evil one. Hellooo.. I’m not dodging that one, my workplace, my own family, and yes even in a church building there is a separation between those in the light and those still in darkness. Unless God somehow said stop baptizing our children, because as far as I know they still need to repent and follow Jesus and get baptized at one point. So my challenge to you is, what should we do? Should we really go that far to make a distinction between evil and evil? Where do we start and where do we end? Jesus never asked us to make a distinction but to separate ourselves, which by the way is a work of God, which also is not the same as isolation, but it’s a given position/ state or identity in which we grow more and more. And it’s funny.. as if we do not show up, it was Sam Smith’s performance and if we do show up there also was Sam Smith’s performance. I’m happy to see someone pointing to Jesus. And I can even go that far, that although the motives would be wrong (which I can not judge as I don’t know).. Paul said that even if the motives where totally off, and the gospel being preached by selfish motives.. still he rejoiced as it was preached. As it’s not the messenger who saves, but a complete trust in the Good News and Holy Spirit (God), that He is able to save. Even through broken vessels.

It is satan's plan to get Christians to not stand up against evil and instead be silent and be tolerant of everything. There’s nothing wrong with shining the light of Christ in the darkest room, rooms that are filled with “unbelievers”. Saul was on the road to Damascus, on his way to persecute Christians when he got arrested by God and got converted to Paul. Our God is still the same, a person could get converted at the Grammys, even in the middle of worshipping the devil.

I pray they didn’t stay to watch all the rest of those Grammy performances though cos I feel that would be offensive to Jesus &break his heart but we are still to pray &love those lost as long as we don’t live our lives like that &live life as God has created us to truly live. I also believe in these dark days we are living in it helps people to either choose life or death heaven or hell! Sometimes that’s how the lord can reach certain people is in the pigs pen. Also I will just end my comment by leaving this scripture here. . Let light shine out of the darkness For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” 2 Corinthians 4:6-18. I still don’t think maverick city should be getting away with this. . . SMH.😢 but props to Brandon Lake for glorifying Jesus name and lifting him up! Because that’s where we get our gifts and talents from in the first place.

HATE IT! Hopefully they walked out and left when that took place so that they made a statement on where they stand. I truly believe that God uses that statement he made to bring about conviction on those who were faced with truth. We can’t judge we do not know what God is going to do and who he is going to use to do it and how!
