Sorry about that, I used the iphone mic for this, which didnt do well with the kitchen echo, I normally plug in my headphones now, must have been too excited about the cheese to sort the sound out.

Nope, its no different flavour wise, I wish I could do a blind test to prove that, it only takes a week or two to change your taste buds, its very easy when you know how.

I really enjoyed being so close to the cheese cutting. I could almost smell the cheese coming through the screen, it made my mouth water HARD! I am not a vegan myself, however I do have one that I call a friend. In my spare time, other than following people and trying to keep a tab on my wife, I make my own pizzas and I keep promising this vegan friend that I will make him a pizza. Do you have any recommendation for a vegan cheese that I could use for topping this damn pizza for him? If not I will have to resort to trying to make my own man cheese again, which is gamey and doesn't melt correctly.

This very cheese was used on Welsh Rarebit yesterday, it melts up nicely on cheese on toast. But the flavour is probably too strong for pizza, the vegan mozzarella is good, think we got one from tescos

@@maverickfegan Well, if this guy is lucky I will make him a pizza with a sprinkle of this cheese AND the vegan mozzarella too. He will be in vegan heaven and will likely pop a vegan boner.

@@KarlWelshman speaking of vegan boners were going to the game today, never seen wales lose yet so hopefully the glory streak doesnt end, not sure I remember the national anthem either, something about the land and being a celebrity, much better than the colonial burn and stomp on your enemies then enslave them anthem.

@@maverickfegan I don't think there was a boner, vegan or otherwise, in sight in Wales yesterday after the result. Yes, our national anthem is rather special. Many people think that it is Welsh, but nobody in Wales even knows what language this wonderful song is in.

@@KarlWelshman maybe, but we had a make voice choir behind us so heard lots of welsh speech, though they sang mostly in the words of the invader. The game was good, but i didnt feel the same excitement as when i was writing my rugby poem in the bra fitting man couch, my anticipation of greatness was torrential then.

Can’t beat a bit of cathedral city. A cheese knife is a must though

It is good, i dont remember it being this good, but you cant beat a strong cheddar.
