I bought the tank 2.0 because of this video and I strung it up with the String Shack mesh. My oldest son is a D long pole and has been using it for the last 2 months... he loves it and it works great. My younger son is now playing travel lacrosse and is focusing on D... I just bought another Tank 2.0 and ordered the stringer shack mesh. We have it on a Warrior Regulator Long Pole. Great vid, it's a perfect pocket.

Hey man great vid :-) I just have a quick question about wether I should get 2 flat shooters or 1 shooter and one nylon. I’m gonna have universal lax string it but I don’t really know what the benefits to each option are. Thanks 🙏

I prefer the one shooter and a nylon, because the nylon typically provides a little more feel as the ball leaves the stick. Essentially two shooters will be smoother, but it can be nice to have a little feedback from your stick as the ball is leaving (also two shooters will have a smidge less whip). That being said, this is ALL a matter of preference, so the best thing to do is to try both yourself and see what you prefer!

Did you string this with G3 or G3 XL and what’s the difference between the two. Not hearing back from them and need to order

Regular G3 for D heads. G3 is a more standard construction with the slightly wider diamond size I mention in the video. XL is their super thin option, and is much more similar to typical diamond sizes.

I don't believe they have the same number of sidewall holes but I haven't strung an o.g. tank in a while

Why'd you stray away from the normal pattern with the ksi's and stacked ksi's?

I don't typically use that pattern for wider defensive heads because it pulls too much tension in the upper section of the head and turns it into a bit of a tennis racket. Usually my defensive heads are more along these lines. Good question!
