Learning the dark art of motion blur.... using a variable ND filter. Setting to manual... iso 100... 2,7k at 50 frames... setting the ND filter looking at a bright area of the scenery till it starts to darken off...gives me options of slo mo. Giving good results.

Good question, it depends on your frame rate and shutter speed. You probably won’t need one at golden hour if you did probably an ND8 or less.
