I'm having the same problem. Not used my Mavic Air for about a year (Batteries stored at 50%). Took them out today and one of the three Batteries is totally dead. It had only been charged 9 times

Almost 2 years have passed but it seemed like DJI ignored this type of issue with their drone batteries. I seldomly use my drone, i tried leaving it charged for an hour or two, but still no green lights flashing or any charging signs showing up. To think that a new battery would cost me 70€ per piece, i realized i might switch to a newer and cheaper drone instead. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😪

I also have this problem on one of my batteries. On mine there are the first 2 of the 4 LEDs broken. Try to charge it until it should be full and then try to switch the battery on. If you have the same problem as me there might only light the third and fourth light, but you should be able to use it as normal.

DJI's batteries are the absolute worst! Their Battery Intellgence system decides too kill the battery, not protect it!!! Most moronic design ever!

I was having the same problem it look like it wasn’t going to charge and then I just left it on the charger for a while and it begin to charge. Although I was getting a green light when I press the button initially. But it just would not charge until after being on the charger for a few minutes.

Same problem with the battery of the dji mavic air. Won' charge = dead I used it I think 10times maximum.

I brought my magic air 2 year ago with 2 extra batterys. Each one's I put number like Battery 1 2 and 3. Last year I use oce my drone. Today 02/23/20 I try recharge all batteries and surprise just battery 1 an 2 working good. Battery number 3 have same problem than you have.

Same here, Mavic Air 1, bought 1 year go 2 times fly, now after 1 year 2 of the 3 batteries are not loading any more. What a mess! So what i should do, cant even find a place that would sell me new batteries!

Bought one, the battery was dead at the start. Now have to send the whole unit back to DJI after waiting for some time. Seems like after some research, its a fail plan to get you to upgrade, or continue to buy batteries directly from them/subscribe for life for refreshcare. They will make more money this way.

After not being charged or used... the batteries go into hibernation mode. Dont press any buttons...just simply put on the charger and leave them alone.
