every single time I fly I get that same problem. I change one thing on the way I connect my phone and for a month now everything seems to be fine. everytime I connect my phone it will ask if I want to charge or tranfer files. I just cancel that amd I never disconnected ever since. I dont know if thats the solution or maybe it just worked for me...

HI. Some phones are incompatible with DJI fly app regarding to RC. I have Redmi Note 7 which working fine with Mini 2 on the other hand my new Xiaomi 12 for 900 EUR does not. I hope it help you. Best Regards from Slovenia.

I have searched all over for the same answer and the solution is take the phone case cover off. The ports that connect to your phone is not all the way into your phone. Hope it works for you as it did for me.

Yes, I've tried other cables that reach through the phone case, and the problem persists. The only was it works is if I take the phone case off and plug in the original cable. If anyone has a workaround so I don't have to take the case off I would love to hear it.

bonjour , avec mon smartphone, l'appli DJI Fly fonctionne très bien et reconnait de suite mon drone et la connexion radiocommande nikel. En revanche j' ai une tablette Teclast P20HD 10.1 ANDROID 10 4 GIGA DE RAM 64 GIGA + SD128 GIGAS 64bit, sur laquelle l' appli ffichier apk s'est tres bien installée, mais je me retrouve avec ce probleme, Radiocommande non connectée alors que dès que je passe sur le tel, ça fonctionne tres bien à nouveau ! j' ai aussi vérifié connexions et même avec 2 cordons pour tester usb c.

Change your cable cause the cord sit in the remote bending.mines doing the same thang i beleive its my cable and i just got this a week ago

Mini 1 got the same problem it was my cord thats all.i change phone got the iphone cord and it worked.

If its still charge your phone with the remote on then its your cable.
