Okay, you know what would be an awesomely EXTRA™️ way for Doctor Who/RTD to commit to this bit? (A way that they can legally do now that Disney’s paying half their bills with the BBC?) At some point in a future episode set in the present day or anytime between 2012 and 2016, they should have some characters actually watching Gravity Falls on-screen, except we can see the title sequence is now this video. And in the event we actually see and hear any scenes from the show being watched on television, they should call back Alex Hirsch/Jason Ritter/Kristen Schaal/etc to redub any instances of them saying “gravity” with “mavity”.
