I tried this recipe to the dot today and I must tell you, it is one of the most delicious cupcakes I’ve ever eaten. Soft, cloudy, melt-in-your mouth bite of heaven. The mawa adds so much richness to the cake. Going to make 2 more batches for friends and family.

I tried this today, instead of using cup cake moulds, I used a cake moulds, for some reason my cake was uncooked in the centre, however the sides turned out to be perfect, i think the ratios of the ingredients is perfect.
