You might want to add to your lecture the example of the Zetas (made up of ex military and soldiers) who used to work for one of the cartels in Mexico. They then looked around and said to themselves "Hey we could do this." They then proceeded to take over territory of the gang that they used to work for.

Interesting facts about Viet Nam. That country deserves a lot of credit for beating the Japanese, French and Americans. I have a lot of respect for Viet Nam ... plus their food is great.
