@liz4884 of course they are, but game is new, and if it keeps standing after a few years like many gacha games out there, eventually some units will be power creeped as they should, how you think these type of games make a living? With replacing units that counter the older ones and so on... that's how gacha works to keep people hyped for pulling more. Of course julius is still god tier still in jp, but if we keep around 2 or 3 more years, we will see where he is.

She got nerfed when they took the burn away from her skill 1 and 2. She is not worth going all in for. Awaken 5 is required for her to be good at all.

She never had skill 1 burn. Also her skill 2 losing burn is actually fine her passive easily applies 2-3 burns to the entire enemy teams. There is plenty of burn but they did buff her ultimate from single target to AOE burn. She also gives plenty of burn when paired with seasonal Magna or hateful fana(mono green team)
