This may be a hot take, but I 10000% like guys like max exponentially more than guys like Conor and Colby. I understand that the UFC needs “bad guys” to promote fights, but guys like Charles Oliviera, Alex Periera, Aspinal, etc. are 10x more enjoyable to watch and root for. At the end of the day having respect and being humble means a lot more than selling a few fights.

Max never gives excuses, even with the recent ilia fight, he always admits he had great camps and did his best, alot of fighters nowadays constantly bring up “oh i was sick” “oh my camp was bad” so they can try and downplay their opponents victory.
