Stephen A Smith has always been so insecure in regards to Max Kellerman. I really don't think it's the TO thing. I think it's because Max never respected Stephen A as the guy of First take or as the "basketball guy". Almost in every clip you showed Stephen A pretty much said that. "You didn't ask me about a jab or a body shot, you asked me about a jump shot".
