The ‘Joe Marler is a cracking bloke’ line is old. No grown man randomly makes fun of a bloke’s mum. He knew what he was saying. Haskell’s story about his wife only strengthens that claim and indicates he says a lot of stuff he shouldn’t. Why? Cause he’s a knob head. And no matter how much of a ‘good lad’ he may be some of the time, it doesn’t excuse him being a piece of crap other times.
