So all those US hits are not US anymore. There's no room for talented singers or groups now. It's all about money, 3-minute hits, a fast production cycle, and no stupid talks about artistic freedom or vision. Mainstream is killing your soul, mates.

If you make songs people want to listen to... they will listen to it. Most singers today like Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Adele, beyonce etc. are talented singers. Most pop stars of the past also didnt write or produce their own songs.

They're mainstream and make pop music even collaborating with max martin. They're also brittish not American and are not independent
