I average around 60 to 80 seconds, but after practising this solve a few times, I got down to 45 seconds (I got 49s 3 times). It feels like the techniques aren't that crazy, just really good look ahead, high TPS and a nice scramble.

I'm pretty sure he only does it on 4x4, and hes probably been using it for quite some time now, even a few years ago, everyone agreed it's at least better on 4x4.

He has always been using yau for 4x4 but for 5x5 6x6 and 7x7 he uses redux

Just on 4x4, 4x4 is the only big cube where the cross first methods are completely better than redux (5x5+ it’s pretty equal between the methods)
