That just Shows money isnt everything. Its the heart and the effort that was put on those games that made them so legendary and likeable. Todays Games lack the effort and the soul todays developer teams and even big ones with large amounts of money can often fail their games (of course not every game)

Remember playing this shit when I was 9 with my older cousin. The entire beginning had me shook and I remember the baby crying had me fuccked up. Couldn’t use the bathroom because the hallway reminded me of his house. Thought some wild guys were gonna shoot me out of the darkness. Lol every max Payne has so much memories for me I love it.

I played this when I was very young, about 6 or 7, likely the first actual pc game I ever played. It might just be the nostalgia doing its work, but it's like Max Payne 1 and 2 have a soul, I can't describe it. You don't see this level of passion in today's games.
