KZbin has not allowed multiple extreme swearing in monetised videos for the last 6 years (it came in during the "Adpocalypse"). Also video's that contain multiple swearing are not put in any form of recommendations... monetized or not... and that is also just as old (so not censoring is going to hit views and subs... but that is self inflicted). 99.9% of adults chat without swearing by censoring themselves due to consideration of who might hear... especially when there are children in earshot... that's never going to change in a mature or civil society. "Most of my Viewers are adults" - Kruz in her explanation video... Yet the latest comment posted by a viewer on this very video says "On the bus from school rn and this is JUST what I needed. Very funny, entertaining, and thank you kruzzzzzzz :)"... i literately did not even have to go looking for that as it's right below this box i am typing in.

Apparently there's a law in Alaska against pushing a live moose from an airplane. The story is that they would have a moose dropping festival. Not dropping a moose from high up but droppings as in poop, people would find solid moose droppings paint them and then drop the poop from a helicopter onto a target. The reason they had to make the law was because PETA had a misunderstanding about what the festival actually was.

Fun fact Kruz: The whole pendulum thing you were technically correct but for maybe 100-200 years ago. Because the sounds for d and j are actually quite close linguistically (the j sound is a combination of d and zh/sh sounds), people have slowly turning d sounds in some words into to a very soft D (😉) to straight up to a j or g sound like in the word gel. So the answer is pen-juh-luhm

Okey so fun fact there is an old legend that sometimes around the 1500-1700s the Swedish tried to tame and make a moose cavalry unit but it was discarded because domesticated moose’s are more susceptible to diseases that would kill them and they couldn’t train away their instincts to run away from loud noises which wasn’t a good in battle. There was also a rumor that the soviets tried the same thing but I think that was debunked

Well seeing as we’re talking about accents and stuff, I’m from the Scottish Highlands and am Gaelic, I speak Gaelic and Doric, so Gaelic is basically “haha have fun loser, none of these words are said how they’re spelt” (like dubh is said “duv”, leibh is said “lav”) and Doric can be spelt with Wh, so instead of “what” it’s either “whit” or “fit” (depending if you’re coastal Doric or inland Doric), or “where” becomes “far” or “whar”, so “far ye fae” would be “where are you from”. So you guys all talking about different American slangs and the way words are said is super interesting to me because the USA is such a huge country (my entire country is much smaller than Texas, I think it could fit into Texas almost 10 times) and I just love hearing all the differences in dialect depending on the area. So I for one massively enjoyed the pendulum discussion because it showed dialect difference which are cool AF!
