Very good job! So many versions of this ignore the times the harmony goes to Gb in first inversion instead of Bb minor. It's a subtle difference but crucial to really sounding right. Now I just need to work on stretching those 10ths!

At 68 years of age, I don't expect to live long enough to get over this song. There are other pieces, I'm sure, that demonstrate how instrumental music can evoke emotion, but none any better than this.

Heaven only knows Lord, this bitter earth Yes, can be so cold Today you're young Too soon, you're old But while a voice within me cries I'm sure someone may answer my call And this bitter earth Ooh, may not Oh, be so bitter after all This bitter earth Lord, this bitter earth What good is love Mm, that no one shares? saulDseer for smaller hands, I would recommend laying out wide intervals and chords as arpeggios. And in compositions like this one, it might be quite appropriate.

Do hand exercises, stretches and massages. Getting more mobility in your hand will make it easier to play the piano.

Modify it to fit your purpose. I either just don’t play the note or play it like an arpeggio and just let the sustain carry it. Maybe it has slightly less depth but it works.

Hand posture, every pianist plays the piano differently from one another. One can like lifting their hands more than others, another can play lower because they have larger hands. It’s all about finding a posture where you can reach keys easier
