Good morning beautiful Sam! My girl sometimes we just need to be in our comfy clothes so do not ever worry about how you look. BIg hug Sam! You had quite an adventure! Glad that you are all okay, I hope the young deer is fine too. The winter has arrived really early. We had several mild winter seasons but it seems that this one might be really cold. Our heating is electrical too, so it will be a bit of a struggle to pay those winter bills. Love the news of the new job, you will be great in it! Finished couple of different beanies, working on few more and finally sown all of the ends on the Siren's Atlas blanket, all it needs is a simple border. Congratulations to the boys on winning the soccer game!

Good morning, Sam. It’s just going on 5am my time in NC. I actually fell asleep about 6pm last night and woke up at 2:30am this morning. That’s not my norm, but I’ve been dealing with some really bad migraines and I just have to say, thank heavens for sleeping and having a little respite from the pain! I’m only awake a few hours and it’s starting to bother me again. It’s normally like having the little drummer boy playing softly in the background and then rearing his ugly banging louder as time goes on. I’m so sorry you had the bum mishap when waiting for Conner while he had his soccer match. That’s just one of those kinda things that happen with me and nobody would ever believe me, because it always, without fail, seems to be something happening to me! I guess that’s the challenge we live with now, just to wait and see what another day has in store for us. lol. Can be fun, well some of the time! Haha Wish Conner a Happy Birthday, mine too was this month, the 14th, and it was so nice with my 2 boys and my new daughter-in-law. She is so sweet and I am so grateful God found my son such a lovely girl. Sam!! You won’t be too far off from when they start getting out and married. Sorry, not rushing things but, time goes so fast now, you just wouldn’t believe it. DO NOT BLINK!! Ok, well last thing I want to say is I am thrilled you’re having such nice things happening with your new job, and they can see what a truly lovely woman you are. Forging relationships with kids who have special needs is not easy feat, they don’t take to just anyone. My one son is on the spectrum and he absolutely positively trusted not a soul when he was in school, till he met a new vice principal and he was able to break down some barriers with my son, and they began a sweet friendship and because of this gentleman my son began to slowly start trusting a few people for the remainder of his time in school. So, you go Sam, and you show them just how good you are!!! We are all so proud of you and wish you nothing but the best. Stay well and keep a healthy distance from stinging nettles (hehehe), and thanks for taking us along for a little ride with you in part of your life. Have a good rest of your week and weekend. 💜🧶🤟🏼

In the US, we tend to tease those who identify as "soccer moms." So I think you're perfectly normal for not wanting that label (it usually means a very "basic" mentality person). I always supported everything my daughter did but I would get so bored when I was a driver/chaperone at competitions (my daughter did color guard when she was in high school), so I completely understand wanting to sit in your car & not be on the pitch.

It wasn't good that you got stung, but the way you explained it that day was quite hilarious. 😂 I knew you would be a great asset to this new job. You are very kind, generous, and have such a sweet disposition that I could see you being very patient with these kids and very loving. Your new job is very lucky to have found you, that is for sure.
