Before that Tumi should have dealt with Kyle's behavior as the CS. The fact she never set him straight or called him out (not once) gave him the freedom to keep doing it. If Tumi doesn't fully see her weaknesses as a leader after watching I give up. Her poor management led to the breakdown and fighting in her crew. So far she has pointed fingers at everyone except herself. This season has been really depressing. Too many people just choosing to be stupid and no one stopping them. I agree Sandy is also to blame. For someone who watches the kitchen like a hawk it seems like every season so much happens that Sandy is blind to. Wake up. Sandy!

Maybe Luka felt played by Natalya , I don’t think there’s any reason to be upset with him. She was being a PT, old terminology for a tease. He lost feelings for her because she kept flip flopping him, he’s going to go where he gets action. He’s out to get laid, look at him last season he was on.

I totally understand why Max would want to leave. This season is gross and stupid in so many ways. He came on with his boyish and playful energy and immediately was labelled lazy and stupid. Well guess what? Turns out he's neither. He is a hard worker who just needed motivation and respect. Not to be bullied and attacked. Max is also a very deep thinker and his tolerance for this immature bs is worn out. I get it. I don't want him to go but I also don't want him to stay if it's making him depressed. These people are fn idiots and it's no wonder they drink until they're catatonic. They're stupid enough not to realize drinking those amounts is also stupid and dangerous. If I were one of their moms I would be very alarmed seeing it. But that's another story.
