The Interior on this season is the most toxic ive seen as long as ive watched Below Deck. Natalya and Kyle are dangerous people for any workplace or relationship. Tumi hasnt learned to keep her mouth closed when speaking to subordinates about subordinates. Jess is the only adult. Unbelievable

I still have not changed my mind about Tumi. She is the CS and it is her job and responsibility to make things run well. It's not her job to play tit for tat. That if Nat is going to talk back or use a certain tone then she will do the same. It's for her to set an example and overlook these very manageable and easily fixable problems. Nat is spiraling from her stupid open relationship issues, but it hasn't stopped her from working. All she wants is please and thank you. Praise. Is that so hard? So give it to her and you know what? She will work harder bc that's what she does to deal with stress. Look at what Luka did with Max. He figured out how Max works and what he needed to do to produce the best of Max. That's what a good boss does. Luka didn't go tit for tat and hold grudges or attack Max. He used a clever way to build up Max's confidence and motivation. It was brilliant. Tumi is green, very sensitive and not a good leader. She can do the service but she can't get past her own battle scars to rise above. This is not how her role model, Aesha would handle this. Tumi as the sweetest thing before and now she's so petty. She talks about how much she has put up with in the past and it has clearly affected her. But that's how generational trauma works! You experience something horrible and the behavior gets repeated and passed down to the next. Instead of so many people defending Tumi they should just hope she sees and learns how to strengthen her weaknesses instead of giving into them. So far I haven't seen that admission in any interviews. At its best Below Deck is a learning experience for everyone. The smart ones will learn.
