Danny - did you ever play hoops as a kid with a dream to be a star one day? I hear you ask the players when they knew it was their calling... I always felt like it was mine too, but undersized with no dribble and a broken shot kept me in sports like football, track, and cross country. I had mild success, going undefeated one year in 6th grade in football and winning a chip, then once taking first place at a state event for long jump, but never was "good enough" to really get anywhere with anything.

i played hoops as a kid but didn’t play once i got into high school. i actually played football at the division 2 level in college.

Max will ultimately be coming off the bench....This will be Leverts last year and still possibly Okoro's last year as well...Cavs need to upgrade that starting 3 position...When healthy, I still favor Wade over Strus at the 3...I view Strus as a 2...Cavs are too small 1 thru 3...that needs to improve...Cavs and Hawks hopefully will make a deal...Hunter and Nance....for Levert and Okoro....as a starting point of a blockbuster trade!

Max needs to shoot better this year, a lot of open missed shots. Hopefully, he worked on that over the summer.
