Look at most racers, they do appreciate and do respect Lando a lot ! Ricchiardo, Sainz, are good friends, Hamilton looked genuinely proud and happy. Beating Red Bull / Max is a major success, everyone on the grid is happy about it, and Max here can appreciate the major exploit of Lando. I've been doing competition, and sometimes, seeing the underdog beating us with the manner, an amazing attitude, and a great and respectful fight, it made us happy for them. Genuine sportsmanship, respecting the success.

I feel like Lewis didn't have many peers coming into the sport when he did, or the ones that did are long gone now, so I don't feel like he has a lot of strong relationships with a lot of the other drivers. I don't think he's done a lot to foster improving some of those relationships. No doubt the entire grid respects Lewis as a driver and a champion, but he can seem cold. Glad to see him congratulate Lando and seem genuinely happy for him.

Lando is literally that guy we all wish we were. Friends with everyone, enemies with none. He always says what is on his mind. Always the guy ready to take the piss out of you during an interview just for laughs. I've honestly never seen him frustrated, or mad, or upset... he just seems happy to be in the paddock with friends. His behavior is infectious, and I've only seen it bring out the best in everyone around him, and I'm super proud of him finally landing his first F1 victory! Big Gratz to him!! 🏆

They all appreciate Lando's win for what it is...a win, well deserved and all the critics who will say a safety car or the weather or an accident gave a driver the win is an idiot. The race is dynamic, things happen that can ruin strategy or help it. it is the car, the team, the strategy, the tyres, the weather and the X factor...the unknown, uncontrollable elements that make a Grand prix and a race winner is a race winner because of all those things, good and bad.
