It reminded me of Hamilton in Silverstone '08. Though Lewis didn't have to charge through the field, the level of control in the wet when everyone else was losing it showed his brilliance. Max's drive didn't surprise me - check out his F3 race (all 3 races IIRC) in Germany. He was on rails while everyone else was all over the place, including the safety car at times. It was his first year racing cars. I'd already been seriously impressed by his clean sweep at Spa the previous time out, but Germany was something else. It was what got him the TR drive.

I think it isn't really a secret that the Orange Army has the man power (and will) to make Max DotD (or any other driver for that matter, I bet we had a big hand in Hulk getting DotD in his last race) but "the only time" nah. Germany 2019, Austria 2018 and 2019 are just a few examples.

First of all, thank you very much F1 for uploading this version!! Secondly, who on earth would watch this and give it a thumbs down?? Unbelievable! Finally, what an epic drive by a guy that was only in his second year in F1 and had just turned 19. Big hats off to Max who showed already then that he was something very, very special. What a well deserved podium. This recovery drive from 16th to 3rd was better than if he had stayed in second or even won the race with a pass on Hamilton. He was the true winner of the race! Not a better tribute to Senna at his home track imaginable.

Seb is still a friend of the Red Bull Family and often a welcomed guest in the hospitality center. I would not be in the least bit surprised if he finishes his career with RBR
@sriramg53344 жыл бұрын
@@mavadelo I would because Vettel is too good to be the second driver for a team, and he would have to be that since it's clear RBR is going with Max for a long time. Then again maybe Vettel can't find a 1st driver spot at a top team and is forced to be a second driver, maybe he could go to RB
