I swear our Max was totally aware Dad Dan was telling us about the visit to the vet's. He was delighted that Dad told us that the vet tech requests being part of the pedicure team.👏 She's obviously a real fan, unlike her dog.😉🪶 I'm not sure that our boy wanted us to know about the workout he gives the vet, however. That must be connected to the "messed up" feather.🤭 He filled in so many details about the experience. After all, he was reminding Dad that he wasn't in the room with them. Sort of like setting the record straight, as it were. I can only imagine our Max's screams, during the ordeal, reverberating through the building. Fortunately, our boy looks gorgeous, happy, and appears to be over the ordeal... happy feathers in place, twirling and HIIIING. Hoping Dad Dan, our precious boys, and all of us have joyful moments today. 🤠💘💝💘💝💘🕊🐈🎄

I got that exact same feeling, Rhonda, that Max knew that Dan was talking about the vet visit yesterday, which is why he proceeded to discuss it in length back to Dan in that extra low voice that we all know so well, which he uses when he is both excited and concerned about something .. Our dear Max did have his happy feathers showing which means he is starting to realize the trip is really over and things are coming back to normal .. Poor boy, though, he was kind of flustered at the end again from those loud microwave door bangs, but of course his loving Dad realized at once the effect it was having on Max and apologized to him, that was just so very loving and adorable to see 💞💞 I would imagine by later today our sweet Max will be completely back to normal, let us hope for his sake 💞💞 I'm sending you tons and heaps of love and my most happy and energetic thoughts, my so very special, loving, uplifting, cherished and so very treasured friend, dear Rhonda .. Then the microwave decides not to work, and hearing that Microwave door being closed extra loud was too much for our Sweetie .. @@rhondaz356 I know what you mean about so many people we know who are regularly here that seem to not be feeling so well, and we are not seeing them comment as regularly, and it does concern me greatly as well 💞💞 I think a lot of it has to do with the underlying stress of the last couple of years, especially on us "not so young anymore" folks, we are all a bit more fragile than we were a few years ago. Sometimes all we can do is to just keep thinking of them and hoping for the best, I think our well wishing for others does mean a lot, I just love how you notice when people are MIA and want to check to see if everything is ok, so many folks nowadays, especially older people, are often alone a lot of the time, and just having people notice when they are missing can make a big difference, sometimes even save a life. @@LostHorizon52 Dear Debbie, I read your comment twice. How right you are. Besides normal, everyday stresses and concerns, the past, few years have taken their toll, as you so elegantly expressed. This does often impact older folks. That's an excellent reminder... I read this chilling article, the other day, about how growing up during these times has impacted our youth and young adults, as well. I was in the presence of my nephew's 4-year old daughter, the other day. This *atmosphere is all she knows and probably remembers... masks, stringent rules at Daycare, always keeping her hands clean, etc. Plus, her Mom and 1-year old brother, *at the time, came down with Covid, in the Spring of 2020. Natalie, her Mom, still has not regained her sense of smell and taste, all these months later! We just hope her brother has no lasting impact. So far, so good.🙏🏼 Maybe, that does play a part subconsciously, in my anxiety about dear friends missing, whose ages vary.🤔 We must make a pact that neither one of us will disappear. Even though we have another way of communicating, thanks to your foresight, this is still our go to method. I am so grateful we found each other, my precious, beautiful, priceless friend. I can't imagine being on this channel without your daily comments. You ALWAYS manage to personalize every comment to the recipient. Microwaves. A blessing when they work, a pain in the butt when they dont! My last one decided to start smoking! It was only 3 yrs old. Underage smoking is terrible! A few years back we had just moved into a new house and it had a wall mounted microwave. Well one day we heard a huge BOOM and the freaking thing had fallen out of the wall. At the time our daughter was 3 and she was playing in the kitchen with her toys. It barely missed her! It would've killed her!

That's okay I have a haunted one too. It's under 3 years old it also has a convection oven and a light bulb went out or it flickers on and off and now some of the digital numeric displayed device is acting funky too. Not all of the digits are right. I haven't decided whether to use my 3-year guarantee in return to Amazon which I am likely to do. By the way it's a Toshiba. Not sure I'm going to buy another Toshiba probably I'll go back to kitchen aid

@@queenbee4116 That's okay I had a Sub-Zero refrigerator with those huge heavy doors and one day one of the pins failed and the door fell on my daughter who was only 10 years old. I guess it bumped her head a bit and some of her hair fell out and that little spot so to this day she talked about how the refrigerator attacked her, beat her up over the head and now she has a little tiny bald spot from it. She thinks she's going to get sympathy still to the stay because it's a child she was attacked by a Sub-Zero refrigerator

Thats so sweet the vet tech is like that for you guys! He probably wont ever stop his drama queen routine, but I hope the consistency of the same person helps him feel comforted and a little less scared. My over the stove microwave died a few years ago. I removed it myself and took it to an electronics recycling place. I put a big thick stack of blankets on top of the stove like princess and the pea so I could ease it down off the wall without breaking myself or anything else lol. Hope Max's rumpley-dee wing feathers will get all refloofified in the next day or so on Shower Day. Hope your weekend is wonderful.
