Wish I had have done this plan before dislocating my shoulder multiple times this year. Need surgery now sadly.

Wow, as always great advice. I started those exercises and my shoulders already feel better when benching. That pinch in my shoulder is gone. Thank you!! Question: do you guys train core separately? Especially rotational core movements? Do you use the farmers walk in your training as well?

Glad to hear it. Farmers carry is a great exercise! It really depends on the individual athlete.
