Thats great to hear! How often and how many sets per week do you train your shoulders if you don't mind me asking?
@jimsmith15504 ай бұрын
@@qwerty-wf2pw I train them directly once a week. Usually a couple days after chest because they get worked hard on chest day also. I will usually do about 5 exercise 4 sets 15-20. By then they usually start to give out and I stop. I don’t overhead press like he said. I found it to be useless for development. Also have realistic expectations natural shoulders can look good but never like his. Also go check out John meadows for rear delt. It really helped bring my shoulders out blasting the rear delt.

Today I tried the recommended shoulder training and also worked on my back. The training went very well, I felt the pumping and afterwards I still feel that they were worked. For years I tried my hardest to lift as much weight as possible with military push-ups and other exercises for the shoulders with few repetitions 7-10 with insignificant results, but I chose with a chronic tendinitis in the right shoulder. I am very sorry that I did not have this valuable information a few years earlier.
