This is in fact a good replica! The KRIEGSMARINE (war Navy) had 2 models of this gun: the 1sts had also a grip safety, and the seconds (as this very replica) did not. The Zeeplins crews also caried this model,as they were part of the Kriegsmarine and not their Air Force (Luftwaffen) . At least that is what I've reed long ago before the internet came up...

The 6 inch is a replica of the german navy luger, and that rear sight is accurate to the real ones. Nice video review, watched it as I ordered mine :)

Yes, my friend!! It is incredible how ALL the working of the real steel was fairly reproduced in these models!! I am a Luger fan, and I sneak into some places to hold a few models, one of them THIS ONE !!! I am in Portugal, and here this is strictly forbidden!! Even airsoft is limitated to the maximum!! I did not only shoot a real steel one, so far!

Does the bolt retract and stay retracted, to denote the end of a magazine?
@MaxCherepenin11 ай бұрын
It sure does. Once the mag is empty, the bolt locks back and stays locked until you insert a fully loaded back. Then release the bolt and it'll be ready for use.

Does anyone know the inner barrel threading?

Oh with the moving joints in the bolt, do they seize up if they get sand in them? I play in sand a lot and I’m not sure if I’m in prone position and get sand in it if it’ll work properly
@MaxCherepenin3 жыл бұрын
I mean if you bury it, it will have issues. A little bit probably wont hurt but you'll have some fun cleaning it if you get too much in there.

My Luger was shipped with an orange tip how do I remove it without damaging the threads
@MaxCherepenin5 жыл бұрын
You should be able to wiggle it out with some pliers. It will come out rather easy.
@maddoxramirez30415 жыл бұрын
Thanks I will try this

I wouldn’t take the orange tip off if you’re in the USA and plan on going to the field or for whatever reason in public with it, it’s mandatory for the orange tip here in the US because with the orange tip you know it’s not a real gun. Without the orange tip you can’t tell the difference

It’s called a toggle lock mechanism :)

The video might have had fewer boring “Uh”s and “Ah”s if you had bothered to write a script. Or a least made a few notes to guide the video along. You will also note, if you read a little about Lugers, that what you call a “Catapult” is actually the toggle, and it’s NOT made from steel - it’s zinc alloy A.K.A. Zamac.

Lol l think you can be pretty sure that 200 metres sights on an airsoft Pistol are pretty irrelevant. 10 metres would be more like it. And not even that for some. 😂
