No need to cheese this boss bro i beat all 3 phases trying different things but i used that same shield,mimic tear and fire encantations using that shield blocks most the attacks this definitely works

Bro, i must have died 30+ times with my old build fighting this god forsaken thing. Tweaked it to your loadout and beat him first shot. Big ups my guy 👊🏼

I swear, this is the most obnoxious boss...I could consistently get it to the 3rd phase, but just kept dying...I'll try this setup tho, thanks!

You can do it, good luck brother! 3rd phase he actually whips out some cool moves, but alas the Blasphemous Blade should get you through. The continuous health return and heavy damage is OP, plus if you can sneak some headshots in… do it!

Love that! I can’t imagine how annoying it is on NG+7 - I’ve held off burning the Sealing Tree just yet, but any cheese intel would be appreciated 😉

@@MaxemilioSP impenetrable thorns + maternal staff and mimic. Stay close to his feets at all cost and spam the spell, by being at his feets it will proc bleed a lot quicker. This is OP af even on NG+7, so if your on NG should be breezy

Yeah the head is it’s weak spot for sure, easier to be targeted going for them spots though.

@@MaxemilioSP I try and it does more damage every now and then but this is the Hardee’s boss I’ve faced. I cleared the rest of the game aside from this boss.

Why equip a great shield if you trying to dodge everything? You could retire the shield and get a better roll. Is it just for the mimic?

you see when you turn 30+ and see a lightspeed explosion attack coming towards you. you either say fuck it and take the damage or use a shield. we old folk dont have call of duty reflexes on PC lol.

So why does your flask have lightning damage boost instead of fire boost? Am I missing something?

Probably not best suited for this fight - but spells & incantations are mostly lightning attacks 👍🏼

Tip: If you finish each phase with a riposte the next phase will have less health

Why are you attacking his legs instead of his head. You can kill him way quicker if you aim for the flower thats his head.

Was easier to dodge for me focusing on the stem, you make a valid point though 👍🏼 - same with Bayle, head damage OP but sticking on his rear was an easier fight.

Its so disappointing how the coolest looking bosses tend to be the lamest/most annoying (except bayle) all this thing does is run away spamming the root attack and exploding in phase 3 why tf cant they make monster type bosses actually fun, monster hunter does it so much better

I just couldn't get my head around that timing. It feels so slow, but it's actually not. And those 3 healthbars are such bullshit. I mean, come on, motherfuckin Sister Friede had 3 healthbars, and she was the final boss of a dlc... and at least you could get her stunlocked...
