quick straight to th point well done, how do u installe the bas3 any video, as when i do it is not this easy

Don’t believe this. There is no loosening straps mechanism as in the video. To loosen the straps is practically impossible.

Pull on both top sides of the straps to loosen the slack

Sadly you are correct. Design flaw. Sometime 1 out of 30 tries it works.
