Don't. I've had multiple miscarriages. Getting dolls or pets won't help. It will only isolate you in your grief and make things worse. Focus on existing children (if any) or focus on spouse/family/friends. You will heal with time and with support from loved ones.

I saw a really cute baby in a stroller at Walmart. As her mother passed by me I said "you're baby is adorable." She stoped, smiled and said "thank you." It was only then that up close I realized it was a FAKE baby. The lady had clothes, a blanket and a bottle for the FAKE baby and was pushing it around in a real baby stroller. Like why?!!!

There are therapists who would suggest something like a reborn doll as part of the process to help move on and deal with the grief. Just because someone grieves in a way you wouldn’t doesn’t make it weird. I swear the weird thing is people calling other people’s grieving processes weird, I had a miscarriage and there were things I kept, just going to a therapist alone and not finding ways to work through that loss besides just talking about it doesn’t help a lot of people. Plus it’s not a model of the deceased baby, just something similar.

Saw a ‘mum’ pushing a stroller but with groceries on it so I thought maybe the baby wasn’t there. Then I saw the fake baby. She even put blanket on it and had a mummy bag with milk and other stuff. In the United States, there was a baby formula shortage when my grandson was an infant (2022). Certain political circumstances were mostly to blame, but there were also several delulu owners, of these DOLLS, who were buying formula to feed them, thus furthering the shortage! Not every mother can breastfeed! Maybe those doll owners should’ve tried it! Sure, they’re cute, and most are remarkably life like, but I can’t help getting a little irritated when I think about it. I guess it’d be easier to get over had it not been my grandson, and if we weren’t having to literally chase down the special formula to feed our 5lb baby boy 💙

Ok so apparently they are used to help mother's to cope after a miscarriage and stillbirths, I don't see how it would help but they claim it does. I've seen this creator before on shorts and reels it also seem some people collect them as like realistic dolls to like play with and dress up. Another weird fact is that they are also somewhat delicate so the owner has to be careful like with an actual baby and so no one tries to do any funny business with dolls.

Strongest western woman vs weakest eastern or African woman. I mean, my mother's mother had 8 children, of which sadly just 7 are alive. And she wasn't even rich, her husband barely made enough to feed everyone and to help his own mother and father. But she put in the work. This was in a time before washing machines and dishwashers, before basically everything could be done online. And even when she became 60 years old, she still wanted to take care of the youngest ones, one of whom was my mother. Unfortunately, my grandmother died 2 years ago now. She was the only one keeping the family connected the way it was. After she died, most of my family moved out of the area. We still talk and see each other, but not nearly as much as we used to. This is where my family lost all of its power. We were strong because we all had a small amount of income and could help each other when needed. If one of my grandmothers daughters had a child, one of her sisters could help or even my grandmother. But now, that is sadly no longer the case. Who ever said anything about western civilizations being "good" or "better than" civilization found in Africa, South America and generally the poorer parts of the world, you have only tricked yourself. You have money, beut thats because you sold everything you have. You have sold your strength for money, and are now suffering from drug abuse, depression and people no longer seeing life fit for living. You claim freedom and liberty, but it is you who sold all of it for money, thinking money could take you anywhere.
