Thank you for producing an excellent course with clear and easy to follow instructions! In addition to training for speed and power, this course also points out how to correct common compensations during these exercises, which in result lowers the risk of injury. Close attention is payed to the body as a whole with tactile and verbal cues given to correct body mechanics. As a healthcare provider with a background in physical therapy, I recommend this course.
