Year-over-year inflation stood at 6.5% in December 2022-the lowest that figure has been in more than a year. Inflation was in line with what economists expected and gave many of them a reason to believe that the peak of inflation may be behind us. I have approximately $150k stagnant in my port_folio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn?

I'm sure the idea of a coach might sound generic or controversial to a few, but new study by investopedia found that demand for portfolio-coaches sky-rocketed by over 41.8% since the pandemic and based on firsthand encounter, I can say for certain their skillsets are topnotch, I've raised over $400k from an initially stagnant reserve of $150K all within 14months

@autumnchrist97006 жыл бұрын
I was reading comments and here are some things people who dont do landscaping don't understand: 1) you pay guys usually about 10-15 dollars an hour (he had like 6 guys on the job to get it done in a decent time) 2) mulch is about 40-50 dollars a yard and he used a good 6 or 7 yards (typically you dont buy mulch in bags for professional landscaping, sorry) 3) those rocks around the trees are EXPENSIVE (like $20 a rock, crazy I know I never got it either) 4) pavers are a PAIN IN THE ASS. They break, you have to measure, cut, and space each one individually AND you have to work your butt off to get a level surface to work on so they sit level and you can walk on them w/o tripping 5) that decomposed granite is also expensive and a pain to pack down 6) sod might be decently easy to put in but it is between 8 and 30 cents per square foot and there was easily about 400 square foot there (best guess) 7) tearing out a deck and a whole yard then leveling and hand digging trenches for an irrigation system is hard work and takes a lot of time 8) irrigation is expensive to purchase 9) those plants were like $50 a piece 10) you have to account for delivery fees for all the materials and the time he took to plan and go over everything with the homeowners (wish he would have talked them out of red much it stains everything and is so ugly black would have looked nicer)

It funny how people are like 20k? Remember you have to pay the amount of workers, the hours they EACH work and also the boss gets most of the money, the boss doesn’t make the same as on of the workers. The money covers all the trees, rocks, cement, mulch, grass, brick, irrigation, machine so much more. It seems simple for people who watch the video but if you are physically there it’s so different. Believe me I worked in construction and yeah the numbers seem big but it adds up in the end.

Numbers are a big componet of the 20k landscaping materials isnt cheap whats worse is the boss always has to keep receipts of everything he has bought for bookkeeping.
