Thank you Robert. The zombie deer is following me for years now. We hear each other from time to time, but manage to keep a safe distance. 😄

I was looking for history in the forest yesterday and it was a hot day in Finland too. The heat is a pain in autumn, when the humidity is so high. Yes, the excavated garbage must be taken away and not left in nature. The basics of this hobby.
@MetalDetecting243 ай бұрын
Hello Miko, thank you very much for watching. At least the trash tells me, that someone else was there. It could be worse, he could drop each item back on the ground. 😄That way it was at least in one place. We had some rain, but it increased air humidity, which is worse than heat (at least for me). Greetings to Finland! Happy Hunting!

Thank you very much! I've seen some hunting videos and pictures from civil war areas in the past. Many of the items are looking cool and very impressive. If I had the opportunity to hunt such places, I'm sure I would be delighted. Have a great day & Happy Hunting! 👍

A 1779 coin, how cool is that. Infact a remarkable hunt, some you really had to work for. They didn't want to be unearthed. Eagles turn a blind eye to cute little friends! X

Hello Francesca, I hope they do! It would be a tragedy if one of my assistants was "missing in action". It was a difficult hunt. I think, the spot was too small to feel comfortable, not mentioning the weather. I'm uploading another adventure right now. This time with a little bit more "freedom". Have a great week!

I think "Sausage Man" is similar to our "Big Foot" here in California. All I know is that I wouldn't be our in those woods after dark. Thanks for the vidoe

Haha! Thank you very much much for the comment! This would mean, chances are small to find him... But if he leaves traces, maybe some day I can at least catch him on video, while he is eating! Have a great week!

@MetalDetecting243 ай бұрын
Haha, hallo Andreas!

Thank you for watching. I think hunting a field would be way worse for me. The forest provides at least some shadow. I can remember, when I detected a field few years ago, most of the space in my backpack was occupied by water.

@@metaldiver It's different for everyone. In my case it doesn't have to be extremely hot either, to feel very uncomfortable.

Hi, great videos. Can you please post a link where did you buy your pick axe?
@MetalDetecting243 ай бұрын
The pick ax was unfortunately discontinued a few years ago, in the online store where I bought it. But, I found another (Swiss) store which offers a similar (if not better) tool: www.hermannbaur.ch/produkte/handhacken-und-unkrautentfernung/japanische-handhacken/ I hope it helps!

Because relic "hunting" and talking doesn't fit together. Silence is key in the woods.
