One thing I’m hoping for the gameplay side of things is that the QB animation gets better. In the gameplay that they shared a while back it almost looked as if the QB would just throw the ball 40-50 yards effortlessly. There wasn’t any getting his lower half and torso involved in the throws. Just something I noticed I completely understand this game is still early on though so I’m speculating that that’s something that will eventually be added. Overall super hyped for this game and what this development team is currently and will eventually be bringing to the table.

This is in the makings of the one of the the greatest if not the greatest football game of all time. They’re really putting out all the stops with each dev note. They really want this game to succeed and it really shows

I hear you but the gameplay is gonna have to be decent at the least…unfortunately consumers don’t care about dynasty, customazaion etc unless it’s playable in 2023.

@@kyren1011 yeah that’s fair. But all things considered, after having nothing but madden for almost two decades, we’re getting a plethora of football games coming out this year. Maximum football is just on the frontline because what we all are looking for and want in a game. Mind you we haven’t heard a peep out of 2K since they’ve mentioned making football games and then a delay. The fact this game is gaining even more momentum in terms of fan base compared to 2K speaks volumes.

I just hope and pray the gameplay is decent, and if it is they are gonna take off at an alarming rate….one social media clip of good gameplay will have this game on the map.

@@kyren1011 I believe the gameplay will be solid. It’s great they’re working on every little detail to make it stand out. They wouldn’t have pushed all the way to the fall if they wouldn’t work on everything, gameplay included.

This will singlehandedly be the greatest football sim of all time. Based the early previews and feedback gamers have shared it's gonna be an incredible time! I hope we get the chance to share rosters/team logos. The community is gonna be so welcoming and supportive of this game I just can't wait!

While I’m excited for Maxim, they are missing out by having a late release for console. If I’m correct, it won’t be until the holiday season… sometime in November or December. If it is December, it’s too late. Might as well drop in 24 and drop early… capturing more gamers. Extremely disappointed with a late release.

Game looks good, but I’m extremely disappointed. I know they’re not a AAA studio… that being said, not releasing on time is a HUGE set back for them. If it is a holiday release (nov/dec) it’s too late for most gamers and won’t be enough to corner the market. Most of the casuals won’t be interested by that point. Anything but an on time release is a failure. Might as well wait until 24 and make it extremely polished and able to compete. I understand this is geared more toward college, but NCAA will be back next year and people will flock… 2k is able to make arcade games again and I believe madden will lose the exclusive license shortly after. Again, a late release won’t capture enough eyes and enough of the market with what’s coming next year. NCAA has a CULT following and a late release does them 0 favors. Extremely disappointed as I am looking forward to this.

Free to Play is their ace up the sleeve, Free gets ppl in the game and spreads word of mouth. I'm positive Maximum Football will be just fine🙂

@@SGNHUBGamingandMuchMore I disagree. Free sounds good and will be good for the OG’s who want depth. They’ll have a market for people like us who are sick of madden. What you’re not accounting for is the majority of the world has a short attention spans. A late game that does anything but knock it out of the park will be a novelty that wears off. Madden will have already captured most of the demographic. Parents will have already bought madden and these kids aren’t going to play if the graphics aren’t up to par, etc… And again, NCAA is coming. I don’t care if they paid you to play Maxim, they aren’t putting a dent into NCAA. This company had a massive opportunity to capture market share early on in the season and failed to do so. Majority of people who play sports games play on console and not PC. If they had a normal release, I’d be ecstatic and hopeful for this game and their market share, but this is a massive L for them.

@@treymakeIII Regardless of what ppl think, there is plenty of room in the Market for multiple football games to thrive. EA was not the only dev. that published football games back in the day, all they've done is Locked down the license and made everyone forget about choice and preference. The tide has finally turned and I strongly believe a good share of the Market could care less about if EA has the exclusive rights for NFL sim football and are the only ones putting out a Licensed NCAA game. Their track record is a scarlet letter against them and ppl just want choice and change. Maximum Football, ESG, Wildcard Football and even Axis will all enjoy a year of true progression in the Market, thanks to EA's way of doing business.

@@SGNHUBGamingandMuchMore the market can absolutely support multiple games, but I don’t see any of those you mentioned other than 2k and possibly Maxim “thriving”. When EA loses the license, 2k will take over and unless any of these non AAA studios get bigger, they won’t have much of a market share, either. They’ll compete for the leftovers and nothing more. I’m 35, I remember the days of 2k, the gamebreakers, etc… and I agree with you wholeheartedly that a lot of us are tired of EA and want something else. Im on the same page as you. That being said, we are not the target audience, nor are we the biggest demographic anymore. We are the minority when it comes to gamers. Kids don’t care about the depth and other issues, they just want the flashiness. That’s why I said anything but a late release is going to hurt them. People like you and I will stay play and give these games attention… but the majority of the market is going to pass and overlook a title when it comes it in December and the NCAA season is done and NFL practically over. That’s why I said Maxim should just wait another year and make the game completely polished all around. An early/normal release will garner enough attention, a late will won’t, even if it’s free. They’re missing out on the audience they should be targeting with a late release.

I’m hoping for a Nintendo Switch port for this game sometime in the future. We need more football games for that system! can’t believe madden still hasn’t found it’s way to it
